Deb specializes in guiding clients through pivotal moments in their personal and professional lives. Whether balancing family and career, transitioning to a new field, or stepping into their full potential, Deb helps her clients reconnect with their authentic selves and design fulfilling, rewarding paths that align with their goals and values.
While Deb works with clients from diverse backgrounds, she holds a special place in her heart for women navigating the complexities of balancing professional ambitions and personal responsibilities. She is passionate about helping them break through self-limiting beliefs, rediscover their passions, and create empowering paths forward.
In addition to her coaching practice, Deb is a certified 200-Hour Mindfulness Teacher who trained under Shamash Alidina—one of the UK’s leading mindfulness experts and author of The Mindful Way through Stress and the Mindfulness for Dummies series. She developed Inner Leadership®, a 9-week mindfulness and self-compassion program that she has been teaching since 2016 in corporate, educational, and online settings. Through this program, Deb equips participants with tools to foster resilience, clarity, and purpose, creating meaningful and lasting impacts on their well-being.
Deb’s unique blend of scientific expertise, with a Master’s in Organic Chemistry from the University of Illinois, and her dedication to holistic practices set her apart. Her ability to combine evidence-based strategies with mindfulness and self-compassion helps her create a well-rounded, impactful experience for her clients.
